Creating Uzbek Kaganate[]

If it ceases to exist, Uzbek Kaganate can be recreated by revolt at any point in the game. It must contain at least one of the following provinces:
- Khiva
- Khwarizm
- Uzbek (the default capital)
It may also contain any of the following provinces, though they may not form the Uzbek Kaganate on their own:
- Bukhara
- Karabogaz
- Kara Kum
- Samarkand
- Turkmenistan
Uzbek Kaganate 's culture and religion are not set in revolt.txt, but they will have uzbekh culture and almost always have Sunni religion.

Whilst Uzbek Kaganate does not have its own events file, there is one event for them contained in the extragc.txt events file.
The Safavid Heresy
This event happens if Persia exists at any point between 1st January 1440 and 1st January 1800. It happens up to 30 days (1 month) after the trigger. Uzbekistan has two options. Option A is Ignore the Heresy and option B is Crush them. The two options have the following effects:
